On Taking the Time

Making Sense of Samādhi and Jhāna will be published on August 15.

I’ve been deeply immersed in writing my next essay, Making Sense of Samādhi and Jhāna, and as often happens with subjects that matter, the writing has taken me longer than I had anticipated. Rather than rushing it to meet my usual bi-weekly schedule, I’ve decided to give it the time it deserves and will now publish it on August 15.

I also want to say how much I’ve appreciated the thoughtful feedback from those of you who listened to my two conversations on the Insight Myanmar podcast. Your comments and reflections have been both encouraging and inspiring. Thank you for your patience, your support, and for continuing to accompany me on this journey of exploration and practice.
